IWCC Technical Seminar 2025

b+s provides speaker for this year’s event

This year’s IWCC technology seminar will take place in the USA on March 4th – 5th, 2025.

The event begins with a factory visit to the Wieland Recycling plant in Shelbyville, Kentucky. The event will then move to Dallas where a seminar focusing on downstream processes will be held before a second factory visit to the Encore Wire facility in McKinney, Texas. We are proud to be able to contribute to this event with our presentation “New technologies for stretch-bending-straightening systems for thin materials made of copper, stainless steel and special alloys”.

School meets the future

The Remchingen training fair is an opportunity for students to get closer to their professional future.

From 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., students will receive information about their individual needs in relation to training opportunities, internships, dual study programs and secondary schools.

At our exhibition stand, we will be happy to explain the training courses “Industrial mechanic m/f/d” and “Warehouse logistics specialist m/f/d” as well as the opportunities in a medium-sized company such as b+s in the metalworking industry.

Vocatium

From June 3rd to June 4th, 2025 we will be exhibiting in the Garden Hall of the Karlsruhe Congress Center!

The vocatium Karlsruhe trade fair is a trade fair for training and studies, which brings companies, technical colleges, universities, academies and institutions into personal dialogue with young people on the subject of career choice.

The unique selling point of the vocatium trade fair in Karlsruhe is well-prepared and scheduled discussions between students and exhibitors. Before the fair, the students are prepared for the visit in class by the team from the organizer, the IfT Institute for Talent Development. After this, the IfT organizes individual appointments with the exhibitors for the students that are tailored to their professional interests and wishes. Spontaneous visitors without appointments are also very welcome at the study fair.
