Apprenticeship

An apprenticeship at Burghardt + Schmidt GmbH is the optimal entry into the professional world. With a good portion of motivation and passion, the possibilities and the variety of perspectives with us are unlimited.

Your apprenticeship will last 2 – 3.5 years – depending on your previous qualifications. If your performance at school and in the company is good or very good, you have the option to shorten your apprenticeship by at least half a year.

The focus is on learning and working in the training area as well as in the faculty. We work in cooperation with the trade school so that the teaching of specialist theoretical knowledge goes hand in hand with practical knowledge. In doing so, we always follow the contents of the IHK and offer a sound basis for your professional training.

We offer an exciting environment with modern machines and innovative processes for excellent working conditions. You will thus experience state-of-the-art technology at first hand at our site in Remchingen.

Your apprenticeship at b+s aims to develop many skills, such as teamwork, initiative and independence, and to shape your professional career.
