Tooling capstan systems are used to shorten the tool changing times of the slitting shear.

Up to three or more cutting tool sets can thus be built onto the tool changer in advance.

Depending on customer requirements and productivity, the tool change is manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.

b+s also supplies the complete tool set, software for the optimal setup of the tools can be ordered optionally.
