Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, headquartered in North Haven, Connecticut, has commissioned us to develop a state-of-the-art Stretch-Bend-Leveling Line.<\/p>\n

The new line will incorporate advanced technologies to support the processing of a wide range of stainless steels, as well as nickel-based alloys, titanium, and other specialty alloys.<\/p>\n

The Stretch-Bend-Leveling Line will be designed to correct dimensional deviations resulting from cold rolling processes, thereby improving flatness, consistency, and overall material quality.<\/p>\n

The line will also feature advanced automation and process control capabilities designed to integrate with Ulbrich\u2019s production workflows.<\/p>\n

The new line will enhance Ulbrich\u2019s ability to process precision strip products for demanding applications, including ultra-lightweight materials.
