The foundation stone for our company history was laid as early as 1945 \u2013 80 years later, Burghardt+Schmidt, as the parent company of an innovative group of companies, is successfully asserting itself on the world market for coil processing lines.<\/p>\n

For 80 years, Burghardt+Schmidt has stood for the highest precision in cutting and levelling sensitive metal strips and, of course, still for \u201cMade in Germany\u201d<\/p>\n

Achim Kunz and Thomas Baral have been managing directors since 1995. Under their leadership, product quality has been continuously improved and a wide range of foreign markets have been activated over the past 30 years. Over the past 30 years, subsidiaries in the USA and China, as well as countless agencies around the world, have been created \u2013 a considerable achievement, including success as the \u201cWorld Market Leader in Stretch-Bend-Levelling Lines\u201d.<\/p>\n
