the only flatness measuring roll in the world that was developed exclusively for Stretch-Bend-Leveling Lines
very robust design
available for light gauge and heavy gauge applications
non-driven roll (perfect match of strip speed and roll speed)
unique evaluation algorithm for measured values with highest precision
extremely linear measurement characteristics
highly innovative flatness control algorithm based on Internal Model Control (IMC) – resulting in extremely high control dynamics
various auto-tuning functions – resulting in extremely short commissioning times
