b+s is pleased about the successful commissioning of a fully automatic slitting line for the white goods production in Traunreut.

Burghardt + Schmidt GmbH has developed a fully automatic slitting shear. Thanks to this new development, the strip widths are set fully automatically in the line instead of setting the slitter outside the line.

The line can process a material width of 1,600 mm and a material thickness of 0.3 – 1.5 mm. The operating speed is a maximum of 200 m/min. The line is already producing successfully in Traunreut.

The b+s group is looking forward to the successful start of production and thanks for the trust placed in it.
